Once inside the oil fired centrally heated building its solid oak floors throughout on one level. The patio area of the bungalow ,

fully slabbed with a sitting area with covers.., with a rabbit puppy and kitten,if wanted in the area..very friendly pets loves children.. lose or caged.
Current layout is flat with a concrete surface. for easy wheelchair access if required - doorways are wide.

Public transport (bus stop) middle of Sennybridge village on A40 trunk route 850 metres.

Regular hourly buses on A40. 2/3 runs daily to South Wales.

Also a London flyer mini bus leaves the village every Friday and returns on Sunday at £35 per person (advised booking essential).

Nearest railway station is 12 miles west at Llandovery on the Heart of Wales Line.

Nearest Airport is Cardiff 50 miles. Ferry to Ireland from Pembroke 80 miles. Beaches numerous popular resorts 40 miles plus2007 achieved 4 star grading. 2008 awarded walkers/cyclists welcome. Pets welcome + assistance dogs - kennel available + dog walking service. Good mobile phone reception.
